My husband and I love to eat yogurt for breakfast in the morning and eat it several times during the day. I thought it would be interesting to make my own yogurt at home, so I ordered the Euro Cuisine YMX650 automatic yogurt maker. We loved our homemade yogurt so much that I had to order extra jars and an extra piece to be able to make two batches at a time. This machine works very well using different forms of milk (whole milk, 2%, or 1%), but I haven't had much luck with coconut milk or soy milk. I'm still studying, though, so don't ignore me. I find that the coconut and soy milks I buy from grocery stores don't have the right properties for the machine to work properly. It's either that or I haven't learned the right technique. This is a great little machine that is compact and easy to store away when not in use. After making yogurt, it is easy to wash it. It's very easy to use. Fast shipping and well packaged. I am very happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone who wants to make their own yogurt.
