I got this as a 'travel bag', an all round bag for storing things I need during the day like my laptop. , some books, a phone charger and much more. I wanted a bag that I could take with me when I left the house and take it with me wherever I went. It's holding up very well. The water resistance was ok, it survived several showers well and kept my laptop and other valuables dry. As for the capacity, I'm pleasantly surprised. This is a fairly small backpack that can hold a deceptive amount of stuff. The two front pockets, which contain the branding, are particularly practical. The only downside: the 15.6 incher is squeezed into a laptop case. It doesn't damage the bag, prevent it from closing or anything like that, but it does require a bit of jiggling.
