Made the world a better place

I wash my hands often, especially during cold and flu season. My hands were red and sore, and even running water hurt them. My husband brought home a sample of grandma's lye soap from the local health food store. I didn't want to try it at first, mistakenly thinking that any lye soap would be too spicy. After doing a little research and reading reviews, I decided to give it a try. I couldn't believe what a difference! After just a few uses, I noticed that my hands weren't as red and felt a lot better. After using a small sample for a week, I believed and decided to order full size bars for the kitchen and bathroom. Surprisingly, the place where he took the sample didn't sell soap. Losing them :) One thing about the poles, but they're pretty big for me to hold on to, so I cut one in half and it works a lot better for me. Also, I would recommend a two-piece soap dish with a "stand" so it can drain and not "soften". I ordered two of these plastic soap dishes and they work well for me. For me it's worth it to make my hands feel better and look better. Now this will be the only soap I will use.
