Hello, I am completely dissatisfied with this device. I bought it for my wife's 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was installed for me by a professional mechanic who recommended the company. The device displays a flashing light blue screen intermittently or continuously. A bright distraction makes night driving almost impossible. Now I have to pay to have it removed and fight the manufacturer. I would not recommend this machine to my worst enemy. When mom is unhappy, nobody is happy. I wouldn't even try to get another device as the labor involved in installing, removing and reinstalling would be about three times the price of the device. I can only hope to get my money back for the device, which seems unlikely at the moment.
