Watt and power ratings do not match the actual ratings on the amp itself. The back of the amplifier is talking. 2000w max , 2 x 60 watts into 2 ohms is a far cry from the 2 x 1000 watts into 4 ohms quoted in the listing. As resistance decreases does power increase while 2 ohms is only 60w x 2? The back also says it works from 2 to 16 ohms. I never used or connected mine as it was obvious something was wrong with this amp and I didn't want to waste my time or possibly ruin expensive equipment. The advertisement makes false claims or the labeling is incorrect. Anyway, I wouldn't trust this amp in my expensive car.
