I ordered the color plum and it is much darker than expected. Almost like lipstick. Sarah from Sky Organics customer service contacted me shortly after receiving my purchase to see if I liked the lip balm. I expressed disappointment that the plum color was much darker than expected and that I would like to try champagne and shimmer instead. She sent me both colors to try for free. What outstanding customer service! I like the color of champagne best. It has a very slight tint and shimmer. The balm itself has a good consistency, not too thick or runny, with a very slight mint scent. Overall very happy with the product and exceptionally impressed with their customer service. Highly recommended!
