Headlight upgrade on my 2005 GMC Sierra truck. Looks great. Parking lights and reversing lights in the Champion. For example, reduce the power consumption so that the lamps do not heat up. However, on my truck, the turn signals light up very quickly when plugged into the turn signal socket. This is because LEDs don't draw as much current. The only solution I've found that doesn't cause other problems is to put resistors on each bulb. As a result, the current drawn moves so that the lighting works as usual. The funny thing was that the lights worked fine when I connected my trailer and when I tested the 4 way turn signals. Otherwise, only hyperflash with the left or right turn signal. There are other fixes, but they cause other problems for some people. Splicing the resistor seems to be the only solution that doesn't cause other problems. I know there are LEDs with built in resistors, but I haven't found them in stock that match my truck year.
