These are great bags for the money. I've only had them for a few weeks so I'll see how they hold up. I wanted my black 2005 Dyna Glide to look neat with no tassels or buckles. They close with velcro and I haven't seen it work in the rain yet. I didn't want to move my turn signals to the ugly license plate bar. They fit perfectly between the turn signal and the shock absorber. Of course, they're not fastened as well as regular bags and you'll have to tie them with the laces provided if you're not using support. Once tied, they must be untied to open the pouches. However, while driving I could not detect any significant movement. They seem to stay in place with minimal binding. It doesn't fit a lot of things, but when I go on long trips I have a big bag on my back. These little bags are great for a stroll around town - lunch, books, a stop at the store, etc.
