My family asked me what I wanted for Mother's Day! I sent a list of watch straps I wanted. They sent me money lol and told me to order it myself. I ordered the Fiano, it's really my favorite! I couldn't get the group to stay connected. I really thought I wasted my time ordering something that is compatible, when clearly it is not! I have started the return/refund process. Fiano asked if I would like them to send me a new band. I thought ok I'll try again because I really wanted this band! I got a new group very quickly without returning the original group first.
