This is a cute little device. I bought this as a birthday present for my 80 year old mother because it seemed simple and straightforward to use. The sound was good enough, the volume wasn't too loud but high enough for her, and it had a DC turntable and radio function. At the same time, the quality left much to be desired, after the second use it stopped working. The CD play button was pressed firmly and did not move. My mother is very disappointed and so am I. It was a waste of money. I paid about $25 to have it mailed to her and to get it back I would have to ask her to mail it back to me and that would be another expense and hassle for my elderly mother. However, I decided to forget it and consider it a loss; I am disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.
