Review on 🧦 Felt Applique Snowmen Stocking by Amanda Castillo

This set makes very cute stockings in a lovely soft neutral grey. Instructions are clear and all pieces are pre-cut with punched holes to guide your stitching. I bought this as a quick project to do with a young child and it probably took me a few hours (for someone with embroidery experience). It will also be a good set for a beginner. Unfortunately the quality of the materials used in this set is not up to par. The felt is really thin and probably not very durable. As a seasonal decoration, if used very carefully, this is probably normal. However, in the kit I received, the red felt pieces were packaged next to the white snowman pieces, and the red color was transferred to the white. So I got a snowman with pink spots! It wasn't worth returning, so I replaced all the parts of the snowman with new felt (which I had on hand). I also ran out of white thread and the needle that came with it was junk.
