5 stars initially but I relied on the needles they gave me and both broke before I was 1/8 through with them. Had to buy new needles as this was my first 14ct cross stitch. I've been working on other 14k projects lately and found that the thread for this one is much thinner leaving the Aida fabric patches very visible. I will never buy from this company again.

So I'm new and the way it's set up and organized is amazing. There is a card with a description of each section, the thread is already separated and tied to a piece of cardboard which is a HUGE time saver and the key is very easy to read. I wouldn't recommend it as a first piece for beginners, but once you get the hang of it you will find this work very easy to pick up on, especially the way it is organized and set up.

I have been embroidering with a cross for more than 40 years and have stopped because my eyesight is no longer the same. I missed it. When I saw that, I was delighted. I received it and it's everything I hoped for. count no more! When run it looks the same as the rendered version and is very easy to follow. There is also a high quality yarn in the kit, which is important. I will definitely buy more. Feel free to buy it. I will add that beginners should definitely read the instructions.

The starry night is finally ready. It took me 5 months. This was fairly easy as the fabric was printed with shapes and after a 20 minute soak in water I was very impressed that all the ink was actually gone. Some strands weren't of the highest quality and broke or tangled too easily, but there was still plenty of thread left over so it wasn't a problem in the end. Anyone can do this project with patience, but I would say it would be very intimidating for a beginner.

I haven't embroidered in 20 years and it was a lot of fun. The Starry Night pre-print makes this incredibly easy, especially given the size of the final product. The instructions are very weak and don't specify thread count or stitch style so I started with 3 threads and a full stitch and I ran out of all colors so now I'm trying to do 2 threads without affecting the overall result and it seems working. I know I can easily run to the fabric store for more colors, but who wants to do that 60…

I was so bored one day that I decided to order a cross stitch kit and one of my favorite pictures of mine found Favorite Artists. Included. Very nice, not for beginners. The set is well put together and has everything you need. It's going to take forever, but I can't complain about it; it's really difficult. This thing is HUGE! I don't have much time to work on this so it will take forever to finish. The printed fabric makes it easy to mindlessly work on while watching TV, and there seems to be a lot of thread in it, but I won't know until I get further. A few things to note.1. The colors of the printed fabric do NOT match the colors of the floss. They are meant to be a template guide to make it easier.2.
