Very disappointed with humidifiers

I don't know what to do about it but I have a complaint about Olaf's humidifier. Model #9744m -- There is a spring on the gas cap, this spring is rusted and broken. I've been using this moisturizer for 3 months. Is there a way to replace the cap? The tank is leaking and the water is rusty after a day of inactivity as part of the source is still connected.
