Great Partner & Fantastic Customer Service!!
The support team is amazing! I've been working closely w/ them over two years now, & they are truly one of my favorite partners in this business.
As far as our product goes - it's great!! It does what we need at an affordable price point that allows us flexibility when needed (ease-of use). We're able to track all leads from any channel or source into 1 platform so there isn't much room left out once everything has entered correctly. If something comes up during implementation process where things aren’t quite right after training sessions etc., their customer service department will work directly with me until resolution achieved.
Pros
- Easy setup was very important for user adoption..easy accessability; intuitive layout makes learning easy too..even new users can be trained easily..no tech required except browser which most even do not have installed but still works fine without issue...the system offers you many options within your organization suchas scheduling campaigns , tracking data across platformsand social media channels..you get lots more than expected.it gives good
