Review on Alertbox by Charles Fowler

The ability to send out mass text messages in real-time with customized content that can be sent at any time during business hours or even after office close! This has been very helpful when we have had issues sending emails which are not read until later times of day (or days). It's easy enought for anyone who knows how to use it but also provides training if needed as well. They do offer support from their team so you don't need another resource just get help whenever necessary. I would say this software does what they advertise however sometimes there will come up instances where something goes wrong causing errors such as having no response back by customer service staff upon reaching them through phone calls/emails etc.. However once contacting them again things work themselves right away without needing escalation process like some companies require. We've found great success using alert box over emailing customers about upcoming events & sales going forward within our industry.
