I have to admit that I mainly wanted them for the very cute case they come in. Reminds me of eggs in a cardboard box. Ha ha. Fortunately, they also make excellent sponges. Above all, love the value. I have a feeling you're getting a very good price as these things tend to be a bit more expensive at beauty stores like Ulta and Sephora (for some weird reason). Hello, this is just an app. Not even makeup... But I digress. They do just as well as most other sponges. Easy to clean and as I mentioned in another review of sponges that come in a case like this, for hygiene reasons this case is great. They can dry more gently in their separate compartment and reduce the risk of nasty bacteria on your face! I agree with the other reviewer that they really aren't as bright as pictured online, but the color doesn't matter as I'm only interested in their performance. You'll get a great finish and application if used properly. Overall I highly recommend this.
