I bought this for my iPhone 11 which has a protective case not knowing if it would fit or work properly. Received with service the next day. I removed the protective cellophane portion from the battery and at that point the green light came on so I knew it was a good battery. My phone has started searching for Bluetooth devices. He connected immediately. I followed the instructions to attach the phone to the grip. In the beginning it was a bit difficult. It has a strong spring and holds my phone well. Some reviewers said the handle isn't big enough. big hands. For me it is close to the grip of my digital camera. It's comfortable with a little roughness. Overall I think this grip is a winner for the price! .one plus too.When it connects to my phone, it's a stand too!
