Extremely inaccurate

So I'm giving this item 2 stars just for the look of the bracelet and the crystals around the dial. Otherwise, this watch is pretty much useless for tracking steps or sleep as it's very inaccurate. I ended up buying a different brand of Revain smartwatch to compare and it was much more accurate than the iTouch watch. It's a shame because I really wanted to keep this watch.
