Product spilled in mailing bag and not entirely odorless.
I received the shampoo and conditioner yesterday and when I opened the package that was sent I found a sticky mess. Shampoo was missing 1/3 and quite a bit of conditioner because it's thick. The lids were not tight at all and this allowed the leak to occur. In addition, this shampoo has a fragrance, although it is light. Not sure if my daughter can tolerate the smell as she has multiple chemical sensitivities. piss off!
