Arrived defective in Tools & Equipment
The 14mm tool came with thread burrs which prevented the plug from screwing in properly. He stopped about 4/5 of the way. I was able to find a 14mm faucet at work and clean the threads, after which it worked fine. It would be nice if it arrived in usable condition.
