I love the stand but it damaged my iPad. There was an insert on the stand that said you need a hard case for an iPad Pro, so I figured I'd be fine because I have a new 2018 9.7-inch iPad. But I think if you have *ANY* new iPad, you need a hard case in addition to the tablet stand. Too bad my new iPad now has a big ugly dent and scratch on the back, I was *kinda* warned, but just to be clear, you basically have to buy a hard case to be able to use this tablet stand without damaging your iPad This is a kind of flawed design that I think should be eliminated.
