ALL settings are done in the TIME.TXT file on the micro SD. Everything is described in the instructions. The only thing I noticed is that every time you open this file, it resets to the factory time settings. So don't open it unless you need to change the setting and the time stays correct. The ONLY problem I had was that when I was recording 10-20 minute videos I could plug in the USB cable and view/save the files BUT when I was recording long videos like 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours and plugged in the cable, it deleted all files and sometimes told me i need to format the micro sd card. Not sure why. The solution for me was NOT to plug in the cable, I simply removed the micro SD card and inserted it into a card reader on my computer. Hope that helps.
