I love these laces! The seller sent me a video after I placed my order. Video had detailed instructions on 2 different ways to use the laces. I used the bar method. I wore them 2 days and did some adjusting in the process. Now they fit perfectly. I am 61 years old and have a back problem so tying my shoes is a struggle. Don't have that problem any more. I would highly recommend these laces!
