I wanted to hang my iPad in portrait mode, but all the pictures and product descriptions show that it only hangs in landscape mode. Several people have indicated in the Q&A that this involved cutting the silicone to make a cutout for the charger if you wanted to hang it in portrait mode. what I was going to do. When you unwrap one of the bezels, there is a 3-hole sized cutout (Smart Jack) on the side of the iPad. It's also PERFECTLY sized for a Lightning charger. Not sure if that was the intent, but the company should probably advertise that it operates in one of the outboard orientations. The instructions only have a paper template for landscape format, so I had to do without it. Here is a photo, everything is ready. No need to cut! The hanger is perfect! Durable, attractive, streamlined and great quality! Couldn't be happier! I will mention that if you have an old charger you will need to cut the silicone to hang it in portrait mode.
