Arrived good and well packaged. I liked the fact that there were no metals, just Velcro or soft materials. There were also instructions on how to wear it. I'm 5ft 11" and wear a size L and it fits perfectly. The first two days it was a bit uncomfortable to wear because the body got used to it and it hurt a little. Just like the pain you feel after doing sports for a long time. After my body got used to it, it became very comfortable and perfect. I sit and work over 12 hours a day and I hunch over when sitting. I had back pain and medication didn't help. This little thing not only helped me improve my posture but also got rid of my back pain. I started wearing it outside and working with it. Now I can just wear a t-shirt over it and you hardly notice it. See attached photos where you can't see I'm wearing it indoors. I think I'll be using this for a long time. Overall very happy with the product and would definitely recommend it.
