The photos show what's left on my Shark NV-552 after changing the filter. HEPA filters and round sponge filters fit just like OEM filters. VEVA's felt filter is slightly larger in diameter than the original, giving the actual filter a better fit. After replacing all the filters, the suction power returned to the vacuum cleaner, although I regularly washed and felt the sponge. A vacuum cleaner with maximum suction power simply cleans better. These filters are so affordable that you have no excuse not to include filter replacement in your maintenance routine. A piece of advice: When replacing old filters, you have to expect that small dust particles will get into the air. Wear a mask to avoid inhalation and wipe down the entire vacuum cleaner, especially the filter compartments as they get dirty. Run out new filters in a clean condition to get the most out of them.
