Nice shift knob, accurate description, highly recommended. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that it needs a lock nut because the threads on the shifter stem are longer than the hole depth, but this was an easy fix, I found it here at home for 5 minutes and the problem was solved. A word of warning, be careful when tightening, you might think I've knocked out the threaded insert or snapped off the grip, otherwise it's very good quality and looks very nice on my white Dodge Ram 2500.
