My son is 3 years old and average height for his age. He weighs 32.5 pounds and wears 3T clothing. I ordered a 9# Bluestripe in size 3T and it fits perfectly. Both suit him very well now and there is still room for improvement. Both items are marked as 100% cotton. The top is a navy blue sweatshirt with white stripes and ribbed cuffs and waistband. This is a lightweight sweatshirt but thicker and warmer than a long sleeve t-shirt. The fabric is very soft and quite stretchy. The pants have an elastic waistband, two front pockets and cuffs. There is an appliqué in the form of a dinosaur on one leg, and three fabric spikes are sewn on to the side. The fabric is soft and stretches well. The material and processing quality is very good. The application is qualitative, all seams are even and strong. These two pieces go very well together but are also versatile and easy to mix and match with other clothing items. I washed it cold and tumble dried it and it came out great. I highly recommend this cute and well tailored cotton suit.
