I think it has helped slightly but can't say it's anything life changing. I have been using them every 4-5 days. Also, the day after i applied i was at the gym and started sweating and had a very uncomfortable burning/tingling sensation all over (where i applied). I actually thought i was having some sort of allergic reaction until i remembered that i had applied this the night before.
