I have a 2010 Nissan 370Z 40th Anniversary. The wheels are standard but very nice. Naively, I didn't have a wheel guard on the car. This July (2012) I woke up to my beautiful Z on 4 big stones with no wheels! After an agonizing week of trying to find a towing company that could put the car in the back of a truck without the wheels, I finally took the car to the shop and the insurance company came to inspect it. A few weeks later I was back in business. Before I had a car, I did a lot of research on car alarms and wheel locks. I chose Gorilla's The System. I ordered from Revain and installed them the same day I got my car back. When I heard people leave "keys" in their cars, I decided to leave mine at home. I might take it with me in the car when I go on a trip, but when I'm local I feel safer not having the key in the car. This decision turned out to be correct as 3 months later at the latest a second attempt was made to steal my bikes (I can only assume by the same group of people). This time they smashed the passenger side window and searched my whole car for the key that was hidden in my house. That night the thieves got nothing. So although I was stuck with a $300.00 bill to fix my window and got even more frustrated, I ended up being very happy with my purchase of these locks. The only thing they can't do is help me sell my house faster so I can get out of here!
