Review on 🔊 Enhanced Performance: Stinger SK4641 4 Gauge 4000 Series Car Audio Amplifier Installation Kit by Michael Norwood

Everything looks high quality and as described until I look at the cross section of the cable. The one I received looks to be either aluminum or tin. The same goes for the remote cable. I didn't measure the cross section to verify the size, but judging by how easily it fitted my amp, I'm guessing it's not exactly 4 AWG. If you cut it close to the size of the wire I would suggest looking elsewhere, don't save money if your wire fails. That being said, I really like the design of the fuse holder, and the crimps are well made.UPDATE: As mentioned in the comments, tinning these wires for corrosion resistance is common practice. Haven't measured the cross section yet but this kit is working great so far. Upgrade to 4 stars. It would have been 5 if the power cord was left in place with a crimped ring so I could cut the fuse wire myself.
