Review on 🐶 RICHDOG Dog Training Collar: Waterproof, Adjustable Shock Levels, Rechargeable Remote! by Heather Aragon

This product was recommended by a colleague. In the beginning it worked great. I have three dogs who recently moved to a 4 acre lot. This worked well to keep them away from areas that should be avoided. After three weeks, the remote control "frozen". Channels, parameters, services, etc. are no longer changed. Unfortunately this happened right after the return date. I liked the product but in my experience $70 was a steal for the service it was able to provide but within a month of +/- minimal usage the remote disconnect rendering the whole package useless seems less rewarding . (Is there a way for the seller to get a new remote? Other than the remote issue, everything else was great)
