Useful but be aware of changes depending on the time of day

Weight is accurate and compares well to the scale at my doctor's office. All other measurements vary wildly throughout the day, even the size of the bone, which you don't think will change from morning to night. As another reviewer said, it seems best to measure your weight first thing in the morning and the rest in the late afternoon before dinner. If you are over 50 years old, the metabolic age feature is useless as it only works until you are 50 years old. I find the large numbers very easy to read and they show your weight in tenths of a pound so you can spot a down or up trend fairly quickly. You can control other functions by pressing the button with your toe; I find it easy, I think I have strong toes! Otherwise, you need to get off the scale, press the buttons with your finger and read the result. However, you don't have to step back on the scale; All numbers are set at the time of weight capture. Overall I'm happy with it, just need to keep track of the time of day to record measurements and not assume morning measurements for body fat percentage, visceral fat and bone mass are accurate. Big difference between morning and evening on these three.
