Reviews were stinky when I bought it, but I knew people didn't understand its power source. I mean they didn't tune in properly. The manual says to hold the button down for a few seconds. Starts up instantly EVERY TIME with no issues, great laptop fan. VERY quiet, doesn't even know it's on. The blue lights stay off at all times to let you know it's on. The best feature determines when the laptop needs cooling when you use it most. LOVE THIS FEATURE. My laptop never overheats now, runs cool all day. Great product with common sense behind it. The support people were amazing would buy from this company again and ship FAST
