The magnets work great and are quite strong. However, in their plastic casing, they sew together easily and don't have the right sides together. Ask me how I know! There's no doubt that the magnetic part is strong, but once you place it in front of a wallet, flap, or whatever, you better find out which side is out and look around to see it on the other side attach. There seems to be enough magnetic force for them to stick even with the wrong sides together. But then it fades if you put the wrong side under the fabric on the valve etc. It's NOT the fault of the magnetic clasps, it's the installer!
