All crumpled and broken in appearance

For $80 you would think they would ship it in a box or something with packaging, not all broken in the envelope, I don't even know how to make it looks nice to give as a gift. He's deeply wrinkled and out of shape. It's also very small, my kindergarten kids have bigger backpacks. I think we'll see how he likes it. I would return it if it was for me! Here's a photo, I put a pillow in it hoping to get it back to its shape. Very disappointed
