It's very easy to use, it has all the features you need in one place without having to go through several applications or websites. I like that they have different plans available for your needs as well. They also offer support if needed. There are no cons whatsoever! The only thing is that sometimes there can be some lag time when sending emails but this isn't too big of a problem at this point. We were looking for something simple to send out our newsletter with a lot of ease so we could get back into things quickly. This was perfect for us because it allows me to keep track of my customers from anywhere and anytime.
