I have an iPhone 8 not 8 plus but it is in a case. So I ordered this size 8+ crossbody bag thinking I needed a bigger bag for a phone. It's not like this. My phone is well protected in the front pocket, but it's too small for this pocket. I have a hard time getting out. I adjusted the strap to the shortest, but it's still longer than I'd like. The top of the bag is about mid-thigh. The color is beautiful (I have gold). I would recommend this wallet if you like a longer drop and don't carry more than various cards and paper napkins with you. I tried to put my keys and a tube of lipstick in but it bulged out making it difficult to snap shut. Inside the bag is a zippered pocket that I put my money in. I'll only use it when I'm changing and I don't need anything other than ID, a cell phone and cash.
