Lack of hardware on the clothes
It's amazingly comfortable and fits perfectly. love bags. However, on the 2nd day of wearing, the button holding the shoulder strap came loose! Very disappointed with the rivers, they are cheaply made. I will not be returning them as it is too much work, I will fix it myself but I will not buy from them again based on the price I paid for something that has a functional defect.
