Review on Professional Rhodia Notepad In A6 Size With Black Cover And Squared Pages by Sarah Schneider

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Cumbersome on my review.

This was a little bigger than I was expecting. I hoped it would fit in a breast pocket, but no dice. The thing really is quite large. It doesn’t even comfortably fit in my jeans pocket, and when it does, the leather (faux?) sticks to my phone or my wallet and makes it even more awkward to remove. I guess if I busted out a ruler I would’ve seen my own folly, but here I am.Its a little awkward to flip the actual notepad inside’s cover to the back so you always open to a page, but that’s the thing. You always open to the first page. It is incredibly awkward to write on a page underneath any other. It makes me miss spiral bound notepads. You could take the notepad out every time you open this thing, but putting it back in is awkward because of the tight fit. This one seems more designed to have you jot down quick notes and tear pages out, which I’m not about. The pen loop is also pretty useless I feel. It holds like bic pens fine, but it won’t hold a pilot g2 or any other pen I actually enjoy writing with and have. For my money, I don’t think this product is elegant enough to match the price. Personally, I think I’ll just go back to A6 Leuchtturms.
