Update: So yes, I've had a few issues with this strap on fluffy or knit sweaters, but I don't think there's anything the manufacturer can do about it - it's just the nature of the mesh metal strap. I didn't take off a single star because I'm just trying not to get snagged when wearing it and everything else is great ESPECIALLY the magnetic clasp. It is very easy and quick to assemble and disassemble. I will never go to the shutter again! First review: So if you buy Fitbit's official version from their website, it costs $50! So for the price, it's an absolute bargain. Looks good, the magnetic closure works well (a little concerned) and stays secure and comfortable. The only thing I would like to improve is a guide on how to change groups, but I found a YouTube video and it's easy enough. If you have arthritis or poor eyesight I will definitely ask someone to help you as the pens are tiny and uncomfortable. Another reviewer mentioned that it attracts prettier clothes, but I don't have that problem. I haven't worn it for a long time. Period yet so I will change my rating if there is discoloration or skin irritation but so far this is a great purchase
