Looking back I realized when I bought this that it was the cheapest of the automatic hair curlers and lo and behold it arrived with a broken piece. could work. but never. Showed no signs of life or heating even after trying several different chargers and outlets. HOWEVER I have to say that Revain's customer service was absolutely wonderful, quick to respond and refunded my gift card balance as I needed curlers for a wedding that same week. You've definitely relieved me of bridesmaid duties, no question. The moral of the story is you get what you pay for. These curlers, when they work, are worth every penny. They roll beautifully and have automatic timers to reduce damage. I look forward to a new one that works.
