I don't usually write reviews but this is such a great tool I thought I had to. First I would say that even if it comes charged out of the box, don't use it right away, charge it fully according to the instructions. It's a bit awkward at first to get used to the way the hair is filed. I found using a mirror confusing to me so I looked in the mirror just to get a small strand of hair, then looked away and guided my hair with a touch and it worked much better. This product may seem like a good idea but the reality is you can only do a tiny bit of hair on each curl (or it will get tangled) so it will last FOREVER your hair , to ruffle all of it. If you can devote hours to your hair, that's fine. I wanted something that would make things go faster, not slower. I have straight fine fine hair so I didn't expect to have such issues with this product. I would return it if I could.
