I don't usually write reviews but this is such a great tool I thought I had to. First I would say that even if it comes charged out of the box, don't use it right away, charge it fully according to the instructions. It's a bit awkward at first to get used to the way the hair is filed. I found using a mirror confusing to me so I looked in the mirror just to get a small strand of hair, then looked away and guided my hair with a touch and it worked much better. After mastering it, I flew. There are multiple heating modes and time settings. He beeps twice when it's time to let his hair out. It's so easy and simple and gives a really good curl that lasts all day, in fact I woke up the next morning with my curls still in pretty good shape which is never the case. You won't be disappointed if you buy this. highly recommended.
