I bought this trail camera to replace my old successor Audubon style camera which cost over 3 times the price and eventually stopped working. When I received it I was a little confused by its small size (because I obviously hadn't read the description). However, I'm happy to report that it works just as well as the 'full size' trail cameras. I wanted to find out what kind of animals hide under our fence at night. I suspected a raccoon, but the pictures showed the culprit very clearly: our own little rat dog ;-) I'm happy with the quality of the photos, especially since I'll be using the camera mostly at night to see what other animals are roaming around. on our property. During the day there were also some good photos of the birds at our feeding station. Setting up the camera was easy, and there's a decent troubleshooting section in the included booklet. If I have one complaint, it's that the camera requires 8 (!) batteries and the manufacturer doesn't recommend rechargeable batteries. However, since this is standard for this type of camera, I don't want to be nitpicking. . .
