Just try it! on my review.

Rope just arrived today. I wanted it for home fitness. Work on my arms now that I'm getting older and softer 🤫. I took it out, and used it by shaking it up and down, making waves. My arms got tired quick! This is going to doing amazing, I can already tell! Thank you! 💪
