These color catching pads really work! I've tried them on with regular underwear as well as a brand new purple towel my daughter just bought. I washed the towel separately and threw everything else along with the lining. I put them on before I get dressed and with soap. I noticed a color change in my normal underwear. The change was very clear on the shoe with the new towel and the padding was significantly darker. The packaging says that pads can be dried. At first I thought it didn't matter much because I just removed the lining before putting the clothes in the dryer. However, since I didn't remember it being there or couldn't find it, I realized that it's actually a very useful feature. Even after drying, small napkins do not tear or fall apart. They remain intact throughout the drying time of the laundry. In addition, they do not pill and cause no problems with drying. I am very happy with them. However, they are more expensive than some of the other options currently on offer.
