It's so nice to dip the vacuum bag in the water at the set temperature and not worry about the meat not being cooked or cooked through. Steaks are perfection! If you place the seat last and know that everything will be done the way you want it, this unit is perfect for our needs. All other cuts of meat are tender and juicy. I love this product and highly recommend it. To my dismay, the swirling motion in the water stopped. I don't know how this will affect future steaks. I plan to open the round cylinder and align the capsule in the middle. If this solves the problem I will return the stars to five.
