I was hoping that all the bad reviews about the shotgun press connector design were just defective items received from customers. But now I see it's just bad technique. Why anyone would think plastic connectors (on a metal pipe) would work I don't understand. After I applied the pipe thread sealing tape and hand tightened it as best I could, there was still a small leak at the connector (on the extension pipe coming out of the wall). So I used a wrench and turned it maybe 1/16th of a turn before I heard a hard "click". I despise companies that prioritize profitability over quality. That says a lot about what they stand for and what they stand for. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and use something that doesn't use plastic connectors. Very disappointed.
