As a bearded guy in my 35's I've seen beard products come and go but I haven't really given most a lot of thought. When I saw this popup I thought - why not? The beard brush comes in a simple but beautiful box with an old school rock and billy feel. This isn't the kind of horrible plastic wrap that can hurt your hands and fingers. The brush itself has a simple but functional design made up of a bamboo base and boar bristles. The design and construction appear to be of good quality and will provide years of reliable service. Thoughts after a week of daily use - that's a keeper! The bristles are a bit stiff at first, so watch the pressure if you're the sensitive type. Because I keep my beard on the shorter side, the beard has very good skin contact. If you prefer a thick beard, then this will likely help keep your beard tame very well too! My brush came with a sample of their beard shampoo (it's like a 1/8 inch bar of soap), which smells nice and looks cool again (I mean flat soap), but I haven't tried it yet. If I notice any side effects, I will update this review. All in all, this is a great brush that's sure to make a great addition to your grooming routine!
